Minnie witch flying on a broom!!! Perfect dress for the upcoming holidays. Dress is completely lined on the inside and buttons at the shoulders. Black ric rac trim at bottom or if you prefer black pompoms trim at the bottom I can do that instead upon request.   The shoulder bows are pinned on for easy removal and heat sealed to prevent fraying.
